Good food. Good pricing. Good service. Super close to Wyndham hotel and a Fresh Market. We enjoyed the vegetarian Egg Foo Young and the nice young Asian waitress.

Our favorite Chinese food restaurant. December 9, 2012. If you like Chinese food, you will not be disappointed here. The only drawback is they're expensive. However, the food is not to be missed. Try the deep fried shrimp or beef on stix appetizers. Yummy.

Ordered food for take out and gave my credit card for payment (first mistake). Waited an hour for the food to be delivered, so called to check. Told the food was waiting for pickup. I explained that the order was for delivery. They said we never gave an address. I said they never asked for one. They asked if we still wanted the food delivered. I said only it it freshly made again (second mistake). Food arrived, but was clearly the original order that had sat for an hour. It tasted horrible. Worst Chinese food in PTC, and might very well be the worse Chinese I've ever tasted. They offered a credit on future food, but why would I bother?

I remember the chopstix that had taste and flavor for many years. It seems to have slowly loosing that. Quality and Consistency is what I would expect. Would love see them come back strong.

The food and service range from note worthy to forgettable. I wish I could give a more definitive review but I have had such varying experiences. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice.

I've eaten in, and really enjoyed it. Nice Staff, lovely environment, and good food. Unfortunately the take out order experience was average. It was a little bland, the sauces tasted a little pasty like too much corn starch to thicken them. We ordered Chicken LoMein (and fyi, Veg lomein is the same price as their chicken/beef/pork, but they don't add any more veggies to it to actually make it "vegetable" lo mein...just onions and bean sprouts), Sesame Chicken, and Hunan Chicken. also an order of steamed dumplings. I forgot to specify Fried Rice with some of the dishes rather than white and they didn't ask, so we ended up with 3 pints of white rice. Rice was authentic with that slightly nutty taste of good quality rice. So for those following my hunt for gotta have it Chinese take out in Peachtree City...still looking.

Food was good fast and service was friendly. They seem more than willing to make some adjustments for you, say no onions they do it, no mushrooms, they do it. no problem! Hot and sour soup was served steaming hot and was tasty. Lunch comes with a spring roll and a crab rangoon, I opt out of the crab rangoon and get 2 spring rolls instead. Only issue is if you want it hot and spicy they just add more Oil based chili sauce which can make it too greasy and not really spicy.

Do you remember when Chinese food was actually good? Better yet, do you remember when going to a Chinese restaurant meant a pleasant and well appointed dining experience? Too often today it seems like quicky New-York-style Chinese places have all but put the legitimate Chinese restaurants out of business. Here in Tampa, FL it's quickly grown to become a thing where every intersection needs both a Chase bank and NY Style Chinese strip-mall takeout place. So imagine the surprise to both my wife and myself when we first stayed in Peachtree City just south of Atlanta a few years back and discovered that one of the most popular local restaurants was a real, live Chinese restaurant like we used to love back home... Peach Tree City is a unique enclave of a community that has somehow managed to hide all of the trappings of suburban culture behind a facade of nature and trees, and as such you may be only a few hundred feet from the local Target and literally have no idea it's there. The proclivity to the community to embrace the rural surroundings established, the plaza where Chopsticks is located is no exception. Tucked away at the corner of one of the community's bigger intersections, the quiet and well-appointed restaurant is as un-ostentatious as they come; warm, friendly, clean and inviting. In fact the large but quiet shopping plaza that houses this restaurant is the perfect complement to the nature of the restaurant itself. Once inside Chopsticks China Bistro, I was immediately taken by just how well the restaurant was actually appointed. Quality sit-down Chinese restaurants like this are becoming harder and harder to find in Florida, so readily replaced by the overly-numerous New York style fast-food Chinese restaurants that now reside on nearly every major corner it seems. But I digress, Chopsticks is well appointed and a delightful homage to the quality of Chinese dining from years past. The hostess and serving staff were extremely friendly, polite and accommodating seeing to our dining needs and making us feel at home in the decently large and spaciously well-appointed dining room. After perusing the menu, my wife and I decided to try one of their dinners for (2), which included soup (we opted for the traditional Egg drop) an appetizer of (2) spring rolls and (2) chicken sticks and an entrée consisting of two large portions of both Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken served with fried-rice, noodles and steamed Chinese vegetables. To put it frankly, we thoroughly enjoyed our mountain of food. Each item was well prepared, plated and presented and the freshly made Chinese noodles were excellent. Walking out of Chopsticks with a bill totaling no more than $28 including tax and 18% gratuity it's hard to imagine a better deal for this caliber of food or dining experience being had elsewhere in Peach Tree City. Strongly recommended, it is our intent to visit Chopsticks China Bistro each and every time we find ourselves in Atlanta.

This place used to be really good, with large portions for a decent price... today I made the mistake of getting it delivered. They said it would be 45 minutes, in reality it was a little over an hour and a half. I ordered chicken and beef "on a stick" as they call it, an order of sweet and sour chicken, and an order of teriyaki beef, and was incredibly disappointed. Usually, chicken and beef on a stick are pretty good size strips of meat, seasoned nicely... these were 3 inch long portions, and at 6 dollars per 4 sticks, I almost drove over there and demanded my money back, but we were all hungry. I don't know what's changed in the past few months, but even the portion sizes of the meals have been cut to the point that it's not even worth it for the price. Awesome crab rangoon, however. The flavor is there, but the portions are just not living up to their old reputation.

I typically do take out at Chopstix, but the dine in experience is great as well. The food is always pretty fantastic and I've had very few complaints if any. Delivery is just amazing...I swear I never wait more than 15-20 minutes for my food. I'm not sure if that worries anyone, but the food is always hot and delicious. The dinner prices are a little exorbitant but the food is definitely high quality. I like going there for lunch since their lunch prices are more than fair. Portion size is always great as well which makes the high price of dinner sting a lot less. I'm often left with food for another meal. Overall, I haven't had Chinese food in Peachtree City that comes anywhere close to the quality at Chopstix.

My husband and I visited yesterday for lunch and loved it. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our server was great, and our food came out quickly. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari and wonton soup to start. Both were great! I had the Kung Pao chicken and my husband ordered the terriyaki shrimp. My chicken was good, and his shrimp was delicious. They offer a pretty decent selection of drinks too. We were really excited to find out that they deliver, as they have become one of our favorite PTC restaurants! Highly recommend.

It was good. I love the atmosphere, the Kung Pao chicken is excellent. The General Tao's chicken is okay and crab rangoons are pretty good. Chopstix is probably my favorite place in PTC for chinese.

Great atmosphere, great food, and perhaps the best service I have had in a very long time, anywhere. Our waitress was always there when we needed her but never when we didn't - when I said I was sharing a cup of egg drop soup with my daughter, an extra bowl and spoon appeared. They have great decor and I really expected it to be pricey but was pleasantly surprise that they were very, very reasonable. The food was great, and the portions large. I'm going back soon!

Stopped in here for dinner, attracted by the decor of the restaurant, with nice high ceilings and mock-bamboo floors. It was a bit more than what I expected in a strip mall. Most of the food was excellent especially the Steamed Bass and Szechuan Beef - high quality, generous portions, and well presented. Lots of choice on the menu that we wanted to try, including a fish and lobster curry and roasted duck. The sizzling rice soup was less remarkable, and I felt the service was a bit amateurish and rushed (even though the restaurant wasn't crowded because it was early). Wine list wasn't especially extensive, but some decent quality mid range Australian selections did the trick (and exceeded my expectations given the price). Overall this restaurant wins on the food and sure beats dining at a boring chain. Well worth a try!

Hands-down the best chinese food in PTC. They just remodeled the place and the food is excellent. Chin-chin's across the road is the highly-touted champ in PTC, but it's over-hyped. The Kung-Pao here is excellent as is the hot and sour soup. Mouth-watering, chinese goodness!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
